Robin AI Limited (“we” “us” “Robin” or “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11400135), with a registered address at 8 Devonshire Square, Devonshire Square, London, England, EC2M 4YP. In this statement, we will tell you in detail how we comply with the European Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), how we use and share your personal information and we will explain your rights regarding how we use your personal information.

Who we are

Robin is a legal technology company based in London.  Robin controls the collection and processing of any personal data that you provide to us in relation to this website, in relation to careers applications and by using our services. This privacy notice has been updated to reflect the changes made effective under the European Data Protection Regulation. Personal data that we collect

We collect personal data directly from you as follows: (i) when you sign up to receive news services or register for one of our online demos, we will ask you provide your contact and other relevant information, as well as your communication preferences; (ii) when you write to us we will retain your email address and your correspondence may contain your contact information such as your name, telephone number(s) and place of work; and (iii) when you use our website and our services we collect information about your visit and how you interact with our website or those services. Information we collect from third parties

We will also receive information about you from (i) Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. whose servers are in the United States of America: Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyse how users use our site, and (ii) Mixpanel, Inc. which is a web analytics service whose servers are in the United States of America: Mixpanel provides us with information on how you use our services so we can improve its functionality and develop new features.

Sharing and transferring your data
